Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Free Shipping on Orders of $75 or More

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Egypt Skin & Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review and resolve the issue.
