Refund policy

At Egypt Skin and Health, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at support.esh@gmail.com.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support.esh@gmail.com. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions regarding a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support.esh@gmail.com.
